Please read carefully:

For the payment plan option, the system may display 9 monthly payments instead of 8. This includes your down payment of $1,347 as the first installment. The remaining 8 monthly payments will each be $325.

At checkout, the system will automatically calculate and add the applicable sales tax based on your country of residence. This calculation will also apply to your subsequent monthly payments.

NEXT STEPS:

After your initial payment of $1,347 (plus sales tax), you’ll receive two emails:

• A link to our mandatory onboarding questionnaire. This questionnaire is a critical part of our vetting process and and ensures that we can guide you into the Series in the best possible way. The sooner you complete it, the sooner we can welcome you into the Series.
• A digital payment plan agreement for online signing.

Your registration remains pending until both the questionnaire and payment plan agreement are completed and your submission is reviewed. If we are unable to confirm your participation, we will issue a full refund (minus applicable payment processing fees) and cancel any future payments.

Optional Tax ID:

Tax ID entry is optional and only needed if you have a registered business and wish to apply reverse charge taxation. In that case please enter your business tax ID, and no sales tax will be added to your total.
